Here at OHS, we want our students to be well-rounded supporters of the arts. That is why we have a program called “Patron of the Arts” for all of our curricular bands. Every term, students must go to some kind of arts presentation (concert, art exhibition, dance recital, etc.) and do a project about it. These projects can include simple things like papers/reviews or collages, and can get more complex by students writing songs inspired by what they saw, sculpting, etc. Below is the link for the paper that students must turn in with their projects, which also shows the options they have for projects.
